Common questions

How long does a scan take?

Most scans complete in under 30 seconds. Deep Scan may take up to 60 seconds as it renders JavaScript before analysis.

Is it safe to scan my site?

Yes. ShipReady only reads publicly accessible pages — the same content any visitor would see. We do not attempt to log in or access restricted areas.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

I have a billing issue. What should I do?

Email support@shipready.app with your account email and a description of the issue. We process refund requests within 1-2 business days.
